Double bedroom Mezzanine in Warehouse

Hello!

I am a young artist and looking to find someone to sublet my room to for the whole summer (flexible dates).

The first date my big mezzanine room with double bed, tv, piano, couch, table and huge storage space is available from 3rd of July onwards. Ending date could be anytime before Fall starts.

The house is super cozy, quiet, clean and respectful and has access to the Arena Community hence lots of parties, fairs, gardening events, games and music.

It has a big living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower (my bathroom is shared with one other flatmate) and the cleaner comes every 2 weeks.

Toilet paper and blue roll is included in the rent!

My flatmate’s cat is around but during the summer prefers to get out as much as possible; carpark is in the area as well as a gym and a stage in the middle of it, which is the heart of the community.

It’s ideal if you’re looking for something different this summer. It’s a place full of creatives and crazy people as well as regular workers, you will never feel alone.

it is also 15 minutes walk from Seven Sisters Victoria Line and Manor House Piccadilly, 10 from major buses to the city centre and Finsbury Park + shopping centre (costa, tkmaxx, sainsbury’s and Aldi).
