We're looking for a friendly and considerate professional to take over a large en-suite loft room in our lovely home on Falkland Road, N8.

Sadly, I'm moving out, and we're hoping to find someone who will enjoy the flat as much as I have. The room is on its own top floor, making it feel almost like your own private studio while still being part of a shared home. It comes with a spacious en-suite bathroom and plenty of room for a desk if you work from home.

You'll be living with two of my friends -  professional women who are easy-going, friendly, and respectful of each other's space. The flat is sociable without being a party house or too overbearing – we occasionally enjoy a catch-up over dinner, but everyone also has their own lives and routines.
