About the household:
You will be sharing a house with 3 girls: Emma, Hannah and Rachael all 31-32 years old, and 1 ginger boy cat: Rupert, 3 years old.

We are all working professionals with busy schedules but enjoy a friendly and social atmosphere once at home.

The room:
* Bright, comfortable, double room, windows facing towards our garden
* Furnished (bed/bedside/wardrobe/drawers)

The house:
* Well‑maintained shared space, including a large, fully equipped kitchen/diner and separate living space
* Nice big garden and a side entrance
* 2 bathrooms shared with housemates

Location:
Very conveniently located (overlapping zones 2/3)
* 2 min walk from Harringay Green Lanes Overground (Suffragette Line)
* 10 min walk to Manor House Tube (Piccadilly line)
* 20 min walk or short bus ride to Finsbury Park Tube & Rail station (Victoria/Piccadilly Line and Great Northern/Thameslink Rail)
* 10 min walk to Harringay Rail (Great Northern)
* Great bus connections only 4 min walk from the house (Endymion Road)
* Nearby Harringay Arena retail park (large Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Superdrug all minutes away)

Rent and bills:

* Ideally someone who would enjoy living with a cat rather than just tolerate him (he is owned by 1 of the girls but loved by all)
