The property has big windows and skylights allowing for lots of natural light making it feel airy and bright. It has also been kitted out with quality contemporary and vintage furniture giving it a balanced chic yet cosy feel. The original floorboards were recently restored and has a new top-end boiler.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from Seven sisters station 5 minutes from South Tottenham station, with extensive bus links. There are several grocery stores nearby, including a large Tesco, a large Lidl, and Sainsburys. There is a local PureGym and several public parks very close by, including Finsbury park, the Walthamstow Wetlands and Mansfield Park (adjacent to the lovely river Lea canal) to name a few.
