The flat has one other bedroom (occupied by me), a large spacious living room and a modern kitchen, complete with a small front garden. The property has big windows and skylights allowing for lots of natural light making it feel airy and bright. It has also been kitted out with quality contemporary and vintage furniture giving it a balanced chic yet cosy feel. The original floorboards were recently restored and has a new top-end boiler.

Local amenities + transport:
The flat is a 10-minute walk from Seven sisters station 5 minutes from South Tottenham station, with extensive bus links. There are several grocery stores nearby, including a large Tesco, a large Lidl, and Sainsburys. There is a local PureGym and several public parks very close by, including Finsbury park, the Walthamstow Wetlands and Mansfield Park (adjacent to the lovely river Lea canal) to name a few.

I am a friendly 26yo working professional man, working Mon-Fri 9-5. The landlord is responsive, friendly, easily reachable and very attentive. LGBT+ tenants are welcome, but what matters most is that you are clean, tidy and respectful.
