I’m going away for the summer and am looking to sublet my lovely room in a 2 bed flat in Harringay.

The flat is bright and cosy and spacious, located on a calm residential street next to Duckett Common. It’s very well connected, with buses from right outside and Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line) a 5 minute walk away. It’s also walking distance from Finsbury Park, Stoke Newington/Clissold Park, Wood Green

You’ll be sharing the flat with Alex, who is 23, calm, fun, easygoing, clean- truly just the best flatmate ever, anyone would be so lucky to live with them. They’ll be coming and going through the summer so you’ll likely have the flat to yourself for long periods.

Rent is £1150 all bills included and the room is available from the 27th of June up to the 15th of September.
