A room is available for sublet ( potentially longer tern) Seven Sisters, £830 from July 12th - end of October ( negotiable). All bills included, plus cleaner once a week for communal areas. The room is partly furnished as you can see at the pictures but there is the option to rent it empty too, also we have storage area. It's a large beautiful, clean and tidy five bedroom warehouse shared with four other creatives, 29 to 37 years of age. The house has a really good energy, calm and considered but with a social side too. We have a brilliant little community around us, studios and artists on all sides, and a cafe literally 30 seconds away that basically functions as a second living room. Ideal for someone creative who wants a base in a genuinely lovely part of London for the summer.
