Spacious en-suite room in a lovely house in harrin

Looking for a like-minded, easy-going individual to move into the spare en-suite room in my house, just 10 minutes from Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line & Overground).

The house is a three-bed, but it'll only be the two of us living here. The spare room itself is a large double with its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom won’t be occupied, giving the house a more spacious feel. The house also has a separate office, a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a private garden that's ideal for summer evenings.

I’m big into my sport, love cooking, and spend plenty of time catching up with friends. I’m naturally sociable and enjoy a good chat, whether that’s over dinner or while unwinding after work. That said, I’m also mindful of personal space and appreciate having a home where everyone can relax and do their own thing.

The rent includes all bills, including broadband and subscriptions such as Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+.
