We’re looking for a new flatmate to take over my lease from 28 August 2026.
This flat is recently renovated, with great transport connections to central and lovely cafes, pubs, and wine bars nearby. The room is a beautiful, large, & sunny space. It comes unfurnished, but I can sell some of my bigger items (bed, wardrobe, desk, etc) to person who takes it over.
We are Council Tax Band C. Bills are not included but usually land around 100-125pm.
You’ll be sharing with two friendly young professionals, one is music promotor and the other is an actor and model. We are open to girls, gays, and theys to join the flat. We’re a respectful, tidy, and busy bunch.
