Spacious Double Room in North London House

Hey! I’m Issy, a live-in landlord in my late twenties, and living with our lodger Emma (mid twenties). I’m looking to fill the remaining room in my family’s bright and spacious Victorian 3-bed house in North London.

The house has a homely feel, decorated with modern eclectic furniture. The room is fully furnished - the listing image is AI generated to show the furniture that has been purchased and is currently being delivered, so the room will be as pictured. The room overlooks our lovely garden, available for everyone to enjoy, along with our shared kitchen/dining room, living room, and bathroom.

The room is £950 per month, all bills included. We have a fortnightly cleaner for £40 per month, split between the household. The deposit is £750. The room is available from end of July/early August, with first viewings available from 25th July.

The house is in a residential, well-connected area: 15 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line), 20 minutes from Seven Sisters Station (Victoria Line), and close to Haringey Green Lanes Overground.

The house is also near lovely green space including Downhills Park and Chestnut Park, with a Tesco and Sainsbury’s a few minutes walk away, and plenty of restaurants and cafes along Green Lanes.

I’m looking for a respectful, friendly, clean and tidy person to join us long term; someone who understands this is a family home and is considerate of shared living.

A bit about us: I work in Marketing and Emma works in PR, both with a hybrid working structure. We enjoy the gym, catching up with friends over food, going to exhibitions and music events. We’re friendly and enjoy a chat, but equally value our own space and socialising with our own friends.
