Rent: £1,100 per calendar month. Bills are on top and split between housemates – roughly £50–£130/month depending on the season:

Gas & electricity: ~£40–£100/month (higher in winter, lower in summer)
Water: ~£30–£40 every 3–4 months

Harringay / Finsbury Park area, N4, Zone 3 – about 30 minutes to Central London. Excellent transport: Finsbury Park ( Piccadilly lines, Greenlines Over Ground, National Rail) and Harringay stations nearby, plus loads of buses. Green Lanes, with its cafés, restaurants and shops, is right on the doorstep. Handy for several universities via the quick links into town.
About us
There are two of us in the flat. I'm Turkish and work full-time in marketing and web design; my flatmate is Japanese and works as an accountant. We're both out most of the day during the week, so the flat is usually calm and quiet on weekdays. We're easygoing, friendly and sociable – we'll happily head out to a bar or go clubbing at the weekend, but we also love a chilled, quiet night in. Just so it's clear from the start: we're both gay, and this is a very LGBT-friendly, open and welcoming home – everyone's welcome here.
Who we're looking for
A friendly, respectful and tidy working professional or student who's busy and out and about during the week. What matters most to us:
Clean and organised – we all keep the flat tidy and share the cleaning (we may bring in a monthly cleaner later, something we'd decide together).
Quiet and considerate – this is a calm home and we're not into loud music or noise, so someone who values a peaceful living space will fit right in.
Easy to get on with – on the same wavelength, sociable but respectful of shared space.
