Large room available in Manor House warehouse!

Hello lovely people!

We have a room available in our Manor House warehouse (Hermitage Road, 10 ish mins from Manor House station - Piccadilly line, and Haringey Green Lanes - overground, 10 mins walk to Finsbury Park) from the 25th July 2026. It’s £665 a month (which includes bills and a weekly cleaner for communal spaces) with an £565 deposit. It’s a rolling monthly contract with one months notice for leaving.

The room is one of the biggest in the warehouse with lots of space to play with, but please note that doesn’t have a window to the outside - it just has one that opens to the main space. It comes unfurnished, but we can keep the bed frame. We also have a large communal space with a coworking area for any WFH pals.

You’d be living with 13 other kind, friendly people who are all in their 20s - 30s (Spareroom won’t let me say there’s actually 13 of us for some reason…), who all work in a mixture of (mostly creative/academic) fields. We’re a social bunch who like hanging out together (but we’re not a big party house) and we also respect each others space and time, and care well for our home.

No couples but pets are welcome - though if you have a cat, we can only accept a hypoallergenic one as of housemate allergies.
