The details:
- Larger double room: £970/month. (3m x 3.3m)
- Smaller double room: £870/month. (2.15m x 2.7m, will add photos soon).
- Bills: approximately £150/month.
- Deposit: ~£1115 each (5 weeks deposit)
- Proof of income required for reference check. Private landlord, we have direct comms with her.

About me:
I'm Cáit, a 33 year old Irish gal working in tech.
Big tv binger, and I love running around the local area.

Housemates:
Hoping to find two lovely housemates to make this house a home, and that don't mind pitching in to help maintain the garden 🌿 The house is kept clean and tidy. I'm considerate of noise and value others being the same. I'd love a household where we hang out and watch TV, but also respect each other's space and privacy. No students. No couples.
