We have a diverse house in terms of gender, sexual orientation, race, and neurodiversity. You have to be accepting of others and they will be accepting of you. Keeping everyone comfortable in their own home is the most important thing I am looking for in someone who will be living here.

About the house
We have a lovely vibe in the house, there are 12 of us total. Many are artists of various occupations mixed in with software engineer, political activist. We care alot about maintaining the energy and community here so it would be great if for the viewing you could meet some of them. We have two cats also, mayo is mine and will be staying with someone else in the house, but she will likely want to come to the room as she knows it’s hers. Really ideal you are okay with her company. Ralph’s the other cat is also amazing and will love anyone and everything.

Everyone has their own lives going on but we do get together for house dinners or to watch a movie from time to time. We have a cleaning rota for the kitchen, it gets cleaned once a day, which you will have to do once every two weeks.

About the room
The coolest in the house during these hot days and will leave my strong fan. It has a back door with curtains and a window. Lots of plants which would be great if you could keep my babies alive. (I can leave instructions if needed). 3 mirrors so I hope you like looking at yourself. A lot of clothes storage I will leave empty for you.

3D printer - feel free to use it, it’s quite an old one so it takes time but there is material for printing I’ll leave and can send you links for how to do it if you need.

Speaker - there is an app that connects you to it, it is not portable but good for tunes in the room

Back door - honestly such a vibe, there is a common green space down a short outdoor path (10 second walk), where the door opens is ideal, it’s private in this little path way, but access to the common green space where warm and welcoming neighbors are chilling, watering plants, barbecuing, and what ever other summer activities communal live folk get up to.

Desk set up - there are two monitors, one is 4k, I’ll leave the hdmi cords. There is also an audio interface, midi controller and a launch pad if you are into making music. The desk is 2 meters and has a nice chair, there is scaffolding next to it which has a top and is great for when projects need more then 2 meters.
