Cozy simple one bed flat

One bedroom flat, an open living and kitchen space which includes a washing machine. All Bills included. This is located a five minute walk from Green lanes, a very lively neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, groceries stores and cafes. 10 minute walk to overground ( Harringay Green lanes station) and 15 minutes to turnpike underground for the Piccadilly. There are also many bus options straight to central only a five minute walk away. 20 minute walk to Finsbury Park, and 30 minutes walk to Clissold Park . Also a 15 minute walk to picturesque Crouch End. This is a short stay sublet for one month (August) with possibility to extend. I am looking for a respectful person interest to stay in a fun and affordable neighbourhood well connected to central. Guitar available to use if interested :)
