My partner Emma and I have this property we renovated a coupe years back into a beautiful ground floor warehouse with Gym and Aerial/Aerial Yoga points in it.
We are currently opening a new cabaret venue in Brighton and so away for an extended period of time so renting one of our 2 rooms at the premises

We are not a party house, we are all working in the arts, circus, fitness and world of life coaching with a general agent 25-40 in the property.
