Lovely house & cheap rent in London N4

Hi all,

We have three rooms going in our house in Harringay North London at the end of August/beginning of September. Dates are pretty flexible, other than one room, which needs to be filled at the beginning of September at the latest !

You'd be joining Louis (an architect) and Will (working in policy) in a super peaceful, spacious, bright, clean house in Harringay. The house is approx 10-15 minutes to Manor House station (Piccadilly Line), it is a few minutes walk to a bus stop taking you to Trafalgar Sq, London Bridge and Waterloo. It is approximately 5 minutes to Harringay Green Lanes station (Suffragette Line), and less than 10 minutes to Harringay national rail (Great Northern line).

We both enjoy a clean, quiet, tidy space, we work from home from time to time, and enjoy having our friends around for a drink here and there. The garden is also a big plus for the property!

The rooms range in price from around £800 per month, to approx £1000.

We would be hoping to fill these rooms asap, and prefer a bigger group of 2/3 friends, but we also welcome individual applications.

We would have to go through a process of references with our letting agent before final approval!
