Looking for replacement for room in Harringey!

Hi my name’s Emma, I’m sad to be leaving my house in Harringey but I will be moving in with a friend around mid August time.

The house are:
Thea, works in policy
Rob, works in quality assurance
Cedric, manages two wine shops
Leon, newer addition to our lovely home
Lillie, works in housing

Everyone is so friendly and we regularly hang out. It may seem like a lot of people in one space but it’s a three bed house with three bathrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen and back garden.

The house is a 10 min walk from Piccadilly line, overground, Hornsey train station, and a bus station.

It’s also a 15/20 min walk from a shopping centre with a primark etc and the other direction there’s a retail park with sainsburys and an Aldi etc. I’ve found it to be a really good location.

The rent is £760 with bills up to ~£80 a month. There is a deposit as far as I remember it was only ~£500 but that was a year ago I’ll update once the landlord gets back to me, sorry. Also a brill landlord he’s very communicative and if we ever need anything fixed (which is rare) he will be around immediately.
