Double room in friendly Harringay home

Super sad to be moving out of my lovely room in Harringay but it does mean that someone very lucky will get to move in!

LOCATION: Amazing location, 5 min walk from Harringay Green Lanes station (overground), 10 mins from Harringay (national rail) and 15 mins from Manor House tube station.

Super close to Finsbury Park, a big Sainsbury’s, Aldi, a Gym, B&Q, McDonald’s, 24 hour convenience stores and the best Turkish restaurants in London…. basically everything you’ll ever need is within 10 mins of your front door.

HOUSE: Amazing homely place, it’s a 4 bed house with lots of space, a cozy living room, a garden and a gorgeous kitchen (that I will miss so much!), great for hosting dinners and for chatting to your housemates.

HOUSEMATES: You’ll be living with Veera, Rob and another new housemate, Brian. All super fun and social people, working in Healthcare, Consulting and Education. Have made so many good memories with these guys and you’ll be so so welcome and made to feel at home straight away.

Also… Veera is one of the most amazing cooks ever and she WILL insist that she makes you dinner (you lucky thing!).

ROOM: A good sized room, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Plenty of storage space in the room (and also the attic!).

BILLS: Usually come to around £150 per month, including council tax, water, energy and wifi.

LANDLORDS: Our landlord uses an estate agent to manage the property wo are AMAZING. If anything breaks or needs repairing, they’ll sort it out within a couple of days.

YOU?: We’re looking for someone that will add to the homely, social vibe of the house and is up for joining our little family.
