Spacious ensuite room with balcony

Our bright, fully furnished ensuite room is available from 8 September until 30 September only. We can be slightly flexible on the start date (possible to start any day from 31 August), but there is no option to extend beyond 30 September.

The total rent for the full stay from 8–30 September is £1,200 plus a £300 refundable deposit. Bills are included.

The room is spacious enough for either a couple or a single person and comes with:

* Private ensuite bathroom
* Private balcony
* Full furnishings
* Bedding, if needed

The flat is a beautiful, bright and secure new-build with three balconies, a lift, a large comfortable sofa perfect for Netflix nights, a washer-dryer and a dishwasher.

It is ideally located between Harringay Green Lanes Overground and Turnpike Lane Underground, with pubs, supermarkets and all the Turkish food your heart could desire nearby.

You would be living with one other flatmate, a lovely 26-year-old Kiwi who works as a nanny and is out of the house during the day. She is relaxed, tidy and friendly, and loves psychological thrillers and hot Pilates.

My partner and I are genuinely sad to leave, but we are moving overseas and are looking for someone to take our room for the final few weeks of the tenancy.
