Lovely double room close to station

Hello! As I’m leaving the UK, we’re looking for a new housemate for our 4-bed flat. Ideally someone who’s friendly, clean and considerate.

The room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and 2 nightstands. The desk, chair and shoe cabinet in the pics are mine but I can leave the desk and chair behind for £50.

The flat is spacious with a big living room and plenty of storage throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a dishwasher.

You'll be sharing with Annalisa, Molly, and Bella who are in their mid 20s to early 30s and all work full-time. You will share the bathroom with Annalisa only, as there are 2 bathrooms in the flat.

About the area - Harringay Green Lanes is only a 5-min walk and the railway is a 2 mins away (or less if you’re in a hurry!). Plenty of parks nearby and the vibrant Green Lanes with a great choice of food options.

The rent is £760 plus around £140 pcm of bills (gas, electricity, internet, council tax, and water).

The landlord will need bank statements, references from your employer and current/previous landlords as well as a character reference.
