The heart of the flat is on the upper floor, with an open-plan kitchen and a spacious living area that opens up to a lovely private balcony (south-facing and gets lots of sun). There is also a bike shed in a side shed inside the front door.

Turnpike Lane tube is 5 minutes walk down the high street, with Piccadilly line access straight into Central London. For daily essentials, a big Sainsbury's and local shops are opposite the flat. If you love the outdoors, Downhills Park and its basketball and tennis courts are right nearby (10-15 min walk), and you can easily walk to Alexandra Palace or explore the boutique shops in Crouch End.

I am a current tenant (have been living here for almost 4 years so can very much attest to it being a lovely flat!) looking for a flatmate who brings a friendly, warm vibe. The ideal match is a female working professional, who is keen to have a nice home, is clean and tidy, comfortable hanging out together, but is also completely happy doing their own thing and respecting each other's downtime. I’d rather not any couples renting together, and ideally you will not be fully remote-working (I’m typically in the office most days - and I think this works better for a balanced dynamic and fair split to bills / alone time etc).

About me:
I am 31 and work in the civil service, mostly from the office during the week. My lifestyle is busy and active - I love playing tennis, going for runs, and heading out for dinner with friends. At the same time, I really value downtime, reading, and trying to keep balcony plants from dying (unsuccessfully this summer!). It is important to me that our place feels like a true home, and I would love to find a flatmate who wants the same thing, ideally around a similar age. You’ll meet me at the viewing and I’m happy to answer some questions beforehand!
