2 Rooms Available in Harringay House With Garden

I’m Hayley (30) an artist from yorkshire - I’ve lived in London for the last 4 years - my current housemates are in a relationship and they’re moving out to get a place together, so I’m looking for 2 people to fill their rooms from October 18th.

I’m looking for 2 people who are clean/tidy, laid back and would like to hang out from time to time and treat the house like a home. I’m 30 and vegan, so vegan/veggie in a similar age range is preferred!

about the house:
- We have a gorgeous garden (currently looking sad from the heatwave so i’ve added an old picture) with ready made border beds, great for veg growing and a small patio for hanging out and a fire pit for bbqs + small sheds for garden storage
- First bedroom (£1120 monthly + avg. £170 bills) is very spacious, plenty of room for a double bed, workspace and lots of storage.
- Second bedroom (£980 monthly + avg. £170 bills) has space for a double bed, storage, desk at a push but if you need more space, my housemate currently keeps her desk in the living room. There’s also space at the top of the landing to keep a clothes rail if needed.
- Bath/shower room then upstairs and downstairs toilets
- Laundry room with washer and dryer towards the back of the house with bike storage space
- Large double living room with 8 person dining table and sofas/TV
- Large kitchen with dishwasher

The house is unfurnished but I’ve lived here for 4 years so I’ve furnished downstairs, if you have any sofas etc you’d like to bring we can chat about it though!

Bedrooms are unfurnished, my current housemates aren’t sure if they’ll need all of their furniture yet so some of that will
potentially be up for grabs (for a fee) but that can be discussed down the line if required.

Buses: 29, 141, 341 (4min walk)
