ONE BEDROOM TO RENT IN A THREE BED FLAT IN HARRINGAY FROM OCTOBER 6TH

Hi! I'm Lucy and I'm looking for a new housemate to replace my flatmate who is moving out from October 6th!

Viewings on bank holiday Monday!

About the flat:

The flat is in Harringay, and is conveniently situated a 10 minute walk from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line zone 3), Hornsey rail station, the overground, as well as with good bus connections around London.

Room: £1050 rent per month
- Large double room on the upper floor of the maisonette, with your own bathroom next door.
- The room has plenty of storage and a Juliet Balcony.
- Room comes furnished.

- The flat is in a converted house on a nice quiet residential road. We are the 1st and 2nd floor, with the ground floor flat below (who are very friendly!).

About me and what I'm looking for:
- Hi! I'm a 25 year old young professional (Civil servant) looking for a friendly fun flatmate to fill the remaining room in my flat to replace my lovely flatmate. I'd love to have a good flat vibe, where we can be friends as well as flatmates! Keen for other girls in their mid twenties!
- I'm a synchronised swimmer, I love to cook and I love a good pub trip.
- I'm chatty, sociable and pretty relaxed.
- I work in the office every day, so am looking for people on a similar schedule (e. g. minimum 60% in the office, on a 9 - 5 schedule).
- No students, no freelancers, no pets, no couples - sorry (landlords requirements!)

How much:
- Bills are £140 p/m and covers everything.
- Deposit is £930 per room.
- You must be able to pay the deposit before the move in date, and the first rent payment will be on your move in day, on the 6th of October.
- Me and the landlord have agreed to have the contract signed by the start of September. The landlord will want to have a quick video call/meet you before signing the contract, but he's a lovely elderly man, so it's more to sense check than anything!
