Single room available in a converted warehouse in Manor House / top of Seven Sisters road.

We have a large open plan kitchen lounge, loads of windows for natural light and a Juliette balcony with a door that opens all the way. We get a lovely view and a gorgeous sunset :) We have four bathrooms, each with a rain shower, handheld shower, toilet and sink.

The room has wooden floors, big windows and a cosy loft bed with plugs/lighting. The stairs for the bed can also be used as storage.

We're a group of creatives all in varied industries: art, graphic design, animation, music, dance and acting. We are aiming to foster a friendly and encouraging creative community. We also like to have games nights, flat dinners and watch movies/shows together every now and then but also respectful of each others space. LGBTQ+ and POC applicants very welcome!!

FYI we like to be social but this is not a party house

10 minute walk from Manor House station (Piccadilly Line), 15 minute walk to Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line), 10 minute walk to Stamford hill overground, 253, 254, 259 bus access. The location is really easily accessible to Camden, Hackney, Dalston, Stoke Newington and Central London.

Current housemates are young creatives and professionals, ages 22-35.

Bills are £70 each on top of the rent (includes Wifi, Utilities and a weekly cleaner), so £1070 total each month.
