Warehouse Room in Haringay

Hello, we are looking for a new flatmate to join our beautiful warehouse

We are a ragtag band of 20 painters/musicians/designers/writers/performers/academics/ professionals and more. Our vibe is social and friendly but we aren't really a party house. We often chat in the kitchen, gather to watch movies or sit by the fireplace in winter and we have a nice garden space that is great for BBQs.

We are an inclusive and diverse mix of nationalities, ethnicities, sexualities, personalities and ages. We expect any potential flatmates to be accepting, tolerant and kind.

We have a cleaning rota which everyone has a task on and regular house meetings. There is also a cleaner who comes weekly for the communal space.

The room is unfurnished. There is a personal storage space for the room underneath the staircase.
The warehouse is up 3 flights of stairs and then the room is up 1 more staircase and the bed is on a further mezzanine.

We have a large studio space with a mezzanine which housemates often use for work, painting, film and photography, fitness, desk spaces etc. The warehouse is in Arena Design Centre about a 15-20min walk to Manor House, Seven Sisters and Harringay Green Lanes tube stations.
