Location: sitting right between two Victoria line stations (Seven sisters and Tottenham Hale)— one of London's fastest lines (a train roughly every 2 minutes, ~20 min to central London). Boots, Lidl, ASDA and Tesco all within a 10-minute walk. Really green, pet-friendly area next to a big park and the canals — perfect for morning runs.

The household: you'd share with one friendly flatmate (26, works full-time) — relaxed, tidy and considerate. Sociable, but respectful of each other's space.
