Hi everyone! I’m moving in with my girlfriend, so I’m looking for someone new to join our beautiful warehome!

📍 Location: 91 Vale Road, N4 (Haringey / Manor House area)

💷 Rent: £818 per month (bills included)
💰Deposit: £625
🧹 Professional cleaner twice a week
📅 Move-in: 16th October

The room is a spacious double with plenty of room for both sleeping and working from home. It has a window that looks out onto the courtyard so lots of natural light. The room itself is let unfurnished but if you’re interested in the red clothes rail let me know and I’m happy to leave it for you.

The people are what really makes this place special. You’ll be living with seven friendly professionals from a mix of creative, corporate and healthcare backgrounds. Everyone has their own lives and respects each other’s space, but we also enjoy cooking together, watching films, grabbing a drink after work and occasionally joining social events with neighbouring warehouse houses. It’s a sociable home without being a constant party house.
