Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate to fill a room in our 4 bed house at the beginning of October.
The house has shared living spaces and a garden and is a two minute walk from Turnpike Lane station (Picadilly Line). The room itself is a double room and is unfurnished. Rent for this room is £735 pcm bills not included but split four ways. The deposit will be £865 + £25 admin fee.
We are currently two girls and two guys, all professionals in our mid twenties and we would love to find a flatmate that is clean and tidy and easy to get along with.
