Rooms available in spacious house in Seven Sisters

One large and one very large room in our lovely house in Seven Sisters. The rooms themselves are gorgeous but all the shared spaces in the house are also really great.

There is a spacious and bright open living room/diner and a decently sized patio garden which the kitchen backs onto and has been ideal over the summer! The location is very convenient, only a 10 minute walk to Seven Sisters tube station with lots of shops on our road, with two amazing parks on our doorstep as well.

The largest room is £1050 - a single female would be preferred, but couples may be considered (increasing the rent to £1100) This room is available from the start of November.

The other room (also large) - is £925 (£900 if there is a couple i the largest room) and is available at the end September/start of October.

I'll have lived here 2 years in November, and am very sad to see both housemates moving on! One is moving out with her boyfriend, and the other is going back to the US :( We have a very nice, sociable, communal set up which is something I would like to continue. I would like to live with other likeminded, sociable people who are respectful, communicative and easy going.

I'm 29 (30 in November) working in guest relations within the hospitality industry, so I'm big into food and dining out, as well as being active and healthy! I'm hoping to live with people in a similar age bracket, and with some shared interests too.

Bedrooms are both unfurnished but with options to purchase certain items.
