Garden-Facing Double Room on Harringay Ladder

Room available in house on Harringay Ladder with friendly flatmates. Room comes fully furnished (you just need a chair for your laptop) and house is equipped with everything you need. We have a little garden for barbecues and can get parking permits if you need them.

Move in date is 4th October, bills are not included and come to roughly £120 per month. We also have a cleaner once a fortnight and split amenities.

Flatmates are social and friendly in 20s - working in various sectors. We like to socialise together sometimes and spend time in the garden, watch movies together, occasionally leaving the house for a pub outing or get a takeaway together but also respect our each other's space and quiet time.

Would like to have someone on a similar wavelength who fits the vibe. Our (collective) hobbies include swimming, board games, video games, film, music and cooking.

To keep the balance we would prefer a female or non-binary person.

The landlord is nice and gets things sorted very quickly. Please note that he may ask for one reference.
