One-Month Sublet in a Live/Work Warehouse

We are an open-minded, inclusive and diverse household of creatives and professionals from around the world.
Around 18 people live here and contribute to making the household and shared spaces work well. Our community includes painters, filmmakers, photographers, musicians, an architect, a metalworker, other makers who use the communal studio, as well as professionals and key workers.
A cleaner is included in the rent, but everyone is also expected to participate in the household cleaning rota.
Shared facilities include:
• A large communal studio and living space
• Three shower rooms, including one with a bath
• Two washing machines
• Three cookers and two ovens
• Two kitchen sinks
• A projector and wood-burning stove for cosy film nights
• An outdoor yard/garden suitable for barbecues
• Free off-road parking
