Garden-facing double room near Turnpike Lane

The area:
The house is on a quiet street just off Turnpike Lane, a 5-minute walk from Turnpike Lane tube and a 10-minute walk from Hornsey Station.

The room:
A double bedroom which is garden-facing and set apart from the other rooms in the house. It features double-glazed windows and includes a clothes rail and sideboard.

The communal space:
The kitchen is light and airy, equipped with a washing machine and oven, and leads onto a separate pantry room for the fridge and food storage. The kitchen opens out onto a large garden with a lawn and shed space.
There is a large, well-furnished living room and a separate dining room that leads through to the kitchen. The house has a downstairs bathroom with a bath/shower, as well as an upstairs toilet and sink.

Who we are:
We are a couple in our early 30s who enjoy music, cooking, and socialising with friends. We are professionals who mostly work from home during the week

Who we are looking for:
As we use the communal spaces as our workspaces during the day, we are looking for a short-term lodger who primarily works outside the home. We would love someone clean, friendly, and easygoing to share our space with.
