Looking for friendly housemate in nice bright home

Hey there!

We're looking for someone to move into our home as one of us is sadly leaving (as they're moving-in with friends). The remaining trio (32-34) are: Kelsey (she/her) who works in marketing and enjoys running, Jasper (he/him) who works in tech, also a runner and music lover, and Will (he/him) a consultant who is currently learning salsa and French!

We are a sociable flat who enjoy catching up in the flat or the occasional pub trip, but each also have our own circles/social lives. We are looking for someone to match this energy! We also have a cleaning rota to manage chores.

The house:

The house is on a quiet residential street and was recently refurbished by the landlords, with a living room and lovely, bright kitchen dining room that opens up onto a south-facing garden. There’s also two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath/shower tub). The kitchen is also fitted with a tumble dryer and dish washer.

The room for rent:

Is on the first floor with peaceful view of the back garden. It gets plenty of natural light. It is slightly on the cosy side but Fran works from her room and doesn't find it to be an issue. The furniture that will stay and that is provided from the letting agency are: the white bedside table, the white chest of drawers, desk, the mirror and the bedframe (but you can request a mattress through the agency if needed).

The neighbourhood:

The house is just off Harringay Green Lanes and is close to several vibey pubs, bars and restaurants. Two parks are within a few mins walk and a 20-mins walk away is the Castle Climbing Centre and West Reservoir water centre.

Transport options are great, with Manor House, Harringay Green Lanes, and Harringay stations all in walking distances. There are plenty of buses as well as good cycle routes nearby, and on street car parking is available.

We like having a friendly and welcoming home - we have friends over from time to time and occasionally use the living room as a spare room if a friend’s visiting. Someone who's clean, wants to help make the house feel like a home, is keen for the odd pub trip, and is planning to stick around London for the foreseeable, would be a great fit 🙂

Bills come to around 115/month (internet, gas/energy, water and council tax).
