Bright double bedroom in warehouse in Harringay

We have a very spacious room available from the first of November in our large and bright warehouse conversion in Manor House. This is a very bright and spacious room with a high ceiling, mezzanine and skylights with a window that opens. The room is partially furnished. Rent is £950 pcm and it includes all bills, household goods and wifi. Deposit is one month’s rent.

You will be living with a mixed bunch of 20 lovely individuals with an assortment of nationalities, ages, sexualities, interests, and occupations. This is generally quite a chill warehouse, but prone to dinners, movie-nights, bbq’s, and parties every now and then. We value diversity and would especially welcome POC and LGBTQ+ candidates. Ideally we’re looking for someone above 25.

We have a weekly cleaner and a kitchen rota to keep things clean and tidy and would like someone who can respect that ;)

The house is located about a 10-15 minute walk from Manor House, Seven Sisters Harringay green lanes and Stamford Hill stations and is about 20-30 minutes away from Stoke Newington. We also have a lot of bus lines around us.
