Double room with en suite available in Harringey

Hi, our housemate is moving out of our four-bed house in Turnpike Lane and we are looking for someone to fill her room from 10 January.
It's a fully furnished house with a lot of good living space, decent sized bedrooms and a bonus garden.
It's got good transport links and is a less than 5-minute walk from Turnpike Lane tube (Piccadilly line) and bus stations.
The rent is £1,150 a month for the en suite room, excluding bills and council tax.
You would be living with Freya (28), Tom (29) and Fergal (27) and we’ve lived together for a year now. Tom and Fergal are civil servants, and I’m a journalist, and we usually head into the office around three days a week. We like to cook together sometimes, go to the pub, and generally will chill together in the evening. We do spend a decent amount of time together, so would like someone who also gets involved in the house. But, we also do have our own friendship groups and respect each other’s space.
