Hi folks!!! We have a double room that's becoming available in our lovely four-bedroom just off of Green Lanes in Harringay (round the corner from the iconic Salisbury Pub)! We are a 10-15 minute walk from Manor House station, and also have a bus stop right outside our door with regular direct buses to Finsbury Park, Waterloo, and London Bridge.

It's a very cool, cosy, furnished, new build first-floor flat with loads of natural light, handy appliances (dishwasher, washer-dryer), and - thankfully - excellent insulation.

We have a gorgeous open plan living area, two bathrooms, and a big private terrace (!!) which is wonderful for relaxing and hosting in the summer ✨

The gang includes Joe (31m), Fraser (30m) and Poppy (29f). We have a playful, fun-loving and friendly vibe going!

Us very briefly:
Joe is Scottish, works in publishing (so lots of free books hanging around) and is also into cinema and being out and about with friends. Fraser is from the North, loves theatre and music, and works in charity funding. Lovely resident hustler Poppy works in TV, loves reading, and originally hails from Suffolk.

We all have quite busy lives, and, though we are all outgoing and social, we generally appreciated the flat as a space of calm and relaxation. That said, we really do have a laugh together as a flat (having dinner, going to shows etc.) and it would be great to find someone who is keen for this overall vibe. We’re also a queer/ queer-friendly household!

Some key bits:
• Rent: £875 (bills separate, amounting to about £100)
• 10th December move in
• Deposit: 5 weeks rent (£1010)
• Room and flat come furnished (though desk won't be remaining)
• Owned and managed by letting agency (responsive to issues thus far!).
• Referencing process happens through a portal that includes a credit and income check, and a reference from previous letters. Guarantor option is available.
• Accessibility: the flat is a new-build and there is level access to the front door of the building from street level. To get to the flat door, there is immediately one flight of stairs (15 steps). Everything is on the same level, but there is one step to access the terrace. The bath-shower is shared and involves stepping into the tub. We have an intercom buzzer system and there is no lift access to the property unfortuntely. There is on-street parking.
• Location: Fabulous spot on Green Lanes, which means amazing Turkish restaurants, lots of independent cafes, bakeries (Dusty Knuckle!), and bars (The Sailsbury! Brouhaha!).Tesco Express 2m away and 8m walk to Arena Shopping Park and anything you could ever dream of (Aldi, Big Sains). A lovely vibe in this neighbourhood, truly.
