The rent is £750 a month including bills with a £500 deposit. It's a quiet, but social house. A cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the common areas. The house is close to Turnpike Lane and Manor House Underground Stations, Hornsey and Haringey British Rail stations and buses into Central London including two night buses It's also a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars on Green Lanes. The room is available from Oct 1. I'd like to rent the room by Aug 25.
