Hello,

We’re Dan and Kate, and we’re looking for a 3rd person to share our lovely home on the Harringay Ladder.

*** Please note: the house is currently on the market, meaning it might be sold by September 2022. Therefore our available room would be ideal for someone looking for a short term let. It's possible the room will be available for longer (it sometimes takes a long time to sell a house) but this can't be guaranteed ***

THE HOUSE:

A spacious, three-bedroom Victorian terrace with big bay windows, on a quiet street but close to good transport links and all the amenities of Green Lanes. We have a large shared lounge (with a cosy fire), a brand new kitchen and a separate dining room (with a piano)

There’s also a large south-facing garden. Green-fingered potential housemates may be given priority ;)

The available room is a good size double overlooking the garden. It has plenty of storage: a small closet, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers and shelves. There’s also a new folding desk.

THE HOUSEMATES

Dan: originally from the Lake District, works in the community sector, likes being outdoors whenever possible – walking, swimming, etc. Also like to read, write, cook, listen to music, having a drink with friends etc.

Kate: a trainee Speech & Language Therapist from North London. Likes cooking, eating out, reading, walking, podcasts and sewing.

We’re ideally looking for someone friendly and sociable, but who equally appreciate their own space. Someone respectful, considerate, clean/tidy, and who wants to call this place a home.

The room is available from July 2022
