Hi Everybody!
I a big double room available in a great house on the Haringey Ladder, I'm leaving the house to go travelling.
The house was fully renovated 3 years ago, it has a large living room with a projector to watch movies/sports, bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs, great kitchen with a big back garden.
Current flat mates are all gentlemen, 2 Spanish and 1 English. A friendly house where we all get along cooking and watching movies together while also respecting privacy.
Turnpike Lane tube, Haringey, Hornsey and Haringey Green Lanes overgound are all 10 minutes walk away, with all the usual amenities close by.
Rent is due on the 16th of every month so move in date will be 16th March, however I may be leaving earlier so flexible there. Looking to set up viewings from next week.
If you are interested please email me or text and i will organise an evening for viewings when everyone is in the house
Good luck
