Flatmate sought for Harringay flat share!

We are currently seeking a new flatmate for our lovely Harringay flat share. It's an absolute bargain! It comes to only 435 per month (bills not included). The room itself is bright, with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. There's a nice bright kitchen/living room, which reminds me of a ski chalet. You will be sharing with two quiet, friendly and considerate flatmates.

Harringay itself is a great area. There are loads of Turkish restaurants with cheap and delicious food, 24 hour stores, a giant Sainsburys and lovely cafes and bars. It's also really well connected with central London. It would be ideal for anyone in a university of London college, as it's only 20 minutes in to a lot of them in Bloomsbury.

We sign a shared tenancy (3 tenants together), initially for 6 months which can then be extended. The letting agent requires a deposit of approximately £540, which is standard practice. This is returned to you at the end of the tenancy.
