Lovely double room near Haydons Road Station

Hi there! :)

We’re looking for someone to take over a double room in our lovely house a few mins away from Haydons Road Station. The room is available from the 4th October!

We’re a laidback, clean, social bunch and we like to chill in the living room all together. We’re all young professionals and work around London with the occasional working from home.

The house is very spacious - there are 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets, one on the ground floor, a bathroom on the first floor and an en-suite in the loft.

The room is unfurnished but we’re happy to help with finding furniture!

About the Area:

We’re in a brilliant location:
Right next to Haydons Road station (Direct to central London in 30 mins)
15 min walk to Wimbledon Park Station (District Line) – great for commuting.
15 min walk to Colliers Wood (Northern line).
Loads of shops, supermarkets, cafes and green spaces nearby – Wimbledon, Earlsfield and Tooting are all super close!

• The bathroom will be shared with 2 of us
• Big kitchen, big living room, and a back garden which is great in the summer

Rent & Bills
• £760 per month (bills not included) – bills come to around £100–120 each per month
