• 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom to be used by 2 people) – towel rail to be replaced soon
• Communal cleaning equipment: vacuum, broom, mop, duster, etc.
• Communal kitchen items: gas stove and oven + kettle and microwave from one of the flatmates
• Washing machine, ironing board + iron available
• Kitchen: recently replaced fridge (16th September)
• Has radiators in each room
• Wifi available (1000 Mbps)

Unfortunately, the flat doesn't have accessible access. The flat is on the 1st and 2nd floors; your bedroom will be on the 1st floor – same level as the bathroom, kitchen and living room.
