I am looking to rent out my spacious fully furnished double room in a 3 bed flat with 2 lovely female flatmates both in the musical theatre industry.
I am headed to Germany for a Musical Theatre contract and need somebody to fill my room whilst I’m gone.
Bills come to around ~£1050 including bills and the place has great access to transport links - live right opposite Haydons Road Station which provides the ThamesLink. There is also the District and Overground services from Wimbledon as well as the Northern Line which is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride away.
The house is stunning and the room is massive and great value for the price.
The girls I live with are both very busy professionals so they are out quite a lot especially in the evenings. They would ideally prefer an LGBT male or a female.
