Looking for a friendly & respectful flatmate to join 1 female (myself) in this beautiful flat in Sunnyhill Court (NW4)
Looking for the new flatmate to move in before June 13th 2026

The room is a big one, lovely, clean bright double room and the flat overlooks into Sunnyhill Park (2 minute walk away). New mattress, new carpet, huge 3 door wardrobe space, bright & airy & of course the entire flat between us.

Pictures don’t do any of the flat or room its justice unfortunately so coming to view it or i can even give you a tour via video!

7 minutes walk to Middlesex University
15-20 minutes to walk to Hendon Tube station
5 mins away from buses & shops

Theres a balcony which catches the sunsets, shower & bathroom, toilet is separate, loads of storage throughout the flat, dish washer, clothes dryer. We have really lovely neighbours & landlord is amazing and will go above and beyond if he can!

The room will be available with the bed and wardrobe but the rest can be discussed with flatmate who is leaving & of course the option to add your own furniture to make it your own home.

Tenant would need a guarantor and reference unless earning over the standard amount for renting.

Bills not included but are not much
