My two current housemates are moving in with their partners, so I’m looking for two new people to move in with me from the end of August.
The property is a 3-bed flat in Hendon, around a 5–10 minute walk from Hendon Central (Northern Line), making it really easy to get into Central London. Both available rooms are large doubles, with rent at £800 and £840 per month excluding bills.
A bit about me – I’m 23 and moved to London after graduating from uni last year. I work full-time and am usually pretty busy with work, but outside of that I love football, sport in general, music and going to the pub with friends.
The flat is pretty relaxed, very clean, and everyone respects each other’s space. I’m looking for people who are similar – friendly, considerate and tidy.
