I'm looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful female working professional (ideally around 25–30 years old) to share my flat in Hendon.

I moved into this flat last year and have absolutely loved living here. Unfortunately, my current flatmate is moving out to live with her partner, so I'm looking for someone new to share the space.

A little about me: I'm easy-going, tidy, and enjoy travelling, hiking, exploring London, and going on adventures. I'd love to find someone who isn't just looking for a room, but who would enjoy creating a comfortable home together and maybe even becoming a built-in friend! (Hence why I am only accepting Female applicants).

The Room & Flat
* Rent: £850 per month
* Deposit: £1,010
* Available for single occupancy (no couples pls)
* Bedroom includes a bed frame, mattress, and wardrobe
* Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room
* Front and back entrances
* Although the flat is technically unfurnished, it also includes a sofa, dining table, and coffee table. I have obtained my own kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils, which I'm happy to share!

Utilities are not included in the rent.

They average approximately £250 per person each month, including:

My current tenancy runs until August 2027, and I expect to stay until then, so I'm looking for someone who is hoping for a comfortable, stable place to call home.
