Big double with garden in Hendon, NW London!

Big double room with bay windows available in a ground floor flat in Hendon (North West London)!

Shared living room and kitchen plus two bathrooms - one main and one small with a toilet/sink (comes in very handy). The biggest selling point has to be our big + beautifully kept garden (and super low maintenance as we share with the upstairs neighbours who are lovely + the lady happens to be a gardener so she upkeeps it)! You also have a large storage cupboard separate from the bedroom just for yourself.

It’s a two-bed flat and you’ll be living with myself Kaia and my partner Tomás who joint occupy the other bedroom. We’re both musicians and music teachers, and I also teach tai chi. Being self-employed our schedules vary a lot each week so some weeks we're out most days, others we work from home a bit more.

We're big music lovers, film buffs, enjoy goood food (I am mainly plant based but we do occasionally eat fish/meat at home as partner doesn't have a preference), and I also do yoga/martial arts. We also have a little black cat Suki who's very loving, but also the quietest cat I've ever met and quite independent!

Council tax is band D. And bills wise (pp/month) water + council tax is £94.98, whilst gas and electricity vary more each month, but on average I'd say roughly £45. Internet is £11.66. We also have a cleaner come fortnightly that ends up being roughly £34 a month each. We're a clean household but we found synchronising deeper cleans being such busy professionals was quite difficult so this has been a great solution to keep the house in good knick!

We're looking for a full-time professional earning over £1.7k monthly (employed or self-employed), just as we need all three of our combined incomes to be over £5k a month to meet the requirements of the referencing.

Only other thing worth mentioning is that I practice/write/produce a lot from home, so you'll often hear music coming from our bedroom - we understand this isn't for everyone so wanted to be upfront about this! Thankfully there's a large cupboard storage separating the two bedrooms so it isolates the sound well between rooms. Obviously I keep this to reasonable times :)) Tomás has an out-home drum studio so this is less of an issue from his side!

We're preferably looking for a professional in the arts/music but really open to anyone as long as we all feel we get along!
