One of our housemates is moving in with their partner, so we’re looking for someone new to join our flat from the end of August.

The property is a 3-bedroom flat in Hendon, around a 5–10 minute walk from Hendon Central (Northern Line), making it easy to get into Central London.

The available room is a large double with plenty of space for a desk setup, making it ideal if you work from home. Rent is £830 per month, plus bills (approximately £140 per month).

A bit about us – we’re two male professionals aged 23 and 26, both working full-time in London. We’re sociable, easy-going and keep the flat clean and relaxed. Outside of work we’re into sport, going to the pub, music and generally making the most of living in London.

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, considerate and tidy, and happy to be part of a relaxed household while also respecting everyone’s own space.
