About the room 🛏
Lovely double room available with king size bed, Emma mattress and wardrobe included! The rest of the furniture can be left for a small cost (to be negotiated with the current tennat). You'll have your own bathroom with a shower.

About the flat 🏡
Two bed basement flat (my room has an ensuite so no sharing bathrooms!) with a shared kitchen and living room, large private patio and huge shared garden. The garden is a sun trap in the daytime so ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the summer. The flat is originally unfurnished but I have furnished it to a high standard including plenty of storage space around the flat. Under the stairs there is a big storage cupboard for suitcases and anything else you may need to store away. There is street parking available with a permit if required.

Accessibility ✨️
To get into the flat there is 7 steps to the front door then when you enter the flat it is down a flight a stairs as we are in the basement. To get to the patio is a step down then the garden is up some more stairs.

About me (and Todd) 🐶
You'll be sharing with me and my Cavvie Todd. I am 28 and have been living in London for 4 years now, I love finding all the good brunch spots and pubs, always down to explore a new part of London and going on adventures with my dog outside of London. I work for a University with 3 days wfh per week and 2 days in office. Im a big fan of the theatre and gigs, but also love cooking and baking (and always need a taste tester!).

• From Hendon Central it takes about 30 mins to get to central!
• Sainsbury's, Tescos, pharmacy all within 5 minutes walk and Brent Cross shopping centre around 15 mins walk away.
