I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful as you'll be sharing the spaces with my current housemate (female) who works freelance. An all around friendly, kind and considerate person would be ideal.
The house is just 2 minutes away from the bus stop. The bus 113 goes to Marble Arch and stops by Hendon Central Station (takes roughly 10 minutes) and Finechley Road station, around 30 minutes away depending on traffic.
All bills included into the £ 900 PCM price: electricity, water, gas, internet and council tax
